    "description": "<p>We are seeking an experienced broadband deployment Supervisor to join our Operations Team. The ideal team member will have experience in outside plant maintenance, central office telecom work, and fiber optic broadband projects. This position is perfect for candidates who are interested in a long-term career at our family owned company, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to learn new skills while working with a team of trained and motivated professionals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the broadband deployment installer/repairer team in the local area. supervises staff that Installs, maintains, and repairs broadband network, cable, subscriber carrier systems, terminal, protection device, and customer owned equipment.</li>\n<li>May also diagnose and repair trouble in switching equipment, voice frequency repeaters, loop extenders and cable loading systems and other broadband equipment.</li>\n<li>Typically installs drops, ONTs, splices fiber, and performs initial wiring or rewiring for new customers</li>\n<li>Performs internal locating services for Rally Networks for required Oregon and Idaho 811 tickets.</li>\n<li>Manages day to day operations and supervises personnel in all the above mentioned responsibilities</li>\n<li>Approves timesheets and ensures accuracy in all reporting and inventory needs. </li>\n<li>Communicates effectively with other leadership and follows directions of the Operations Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3-4 years of experience in an industry related role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to think critically and problem solve</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent customer service skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with Google Suite</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Health insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Vision insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Dental insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">401(k) (12% contributions)</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Flexible schedule</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Paid time off</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
