Our customers include OEMs, fabricators, machine shops, and contractors who rely on us for consistent supply, competitive pricing, and responsible service.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Requirements</h3><p><strong>Inside Sales Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge &amp; understanding of engineering grade plastic materials or metals industry</li><li>Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes for assigned accounts</li><li>Previous experience in direct customer interaction in a sales capacity</li><li>Highly developed organizational &amp; communication skills</li><li>Confidence to make important &amp; thoughtful decisions</li><li>Process orders accurately and efficiently through the ERP system</li><li>Communicate daily with customers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries</li><li>Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams</li><li>Participate in outbound call campaigns and account development efforts</li><li>Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM</li><li>Learn metal products, grades, applications, and market pricing trends</li><li>Contribute ideas to improve pod performance, efficiency, and customer experience</li><li>Gradual ownership of accounts and responsibilities as performance increases</li></ul>",
