    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Audio Visual Specialist</p><p>United&nbsp;States&nbsp;Army&nbsp;Fires&nbsp;Center&nbsp;of&nbsp;Excellence (FCoE)&nbsp;has the mission to train, educate, and develop Soldiers and Leaders; create and develop capabilities; and provide a Fires Force to support the Joint Warfighting Commander across the spectrum of operations in Joint and Multinational environments. The US Army Fires Center of Excellence &ndash; Fort Sill (USAFCOEFS) Chief Information Office Support Staff has the responsibility to provide Information Technology (IT) services to USAFCOEFS. The sustainment of current and emerging IT support is a critical enabler to accomplish all USAFCOEFS missions.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide daily on-site operational and sustainment support which includes maintaining a daily log of performance tasks, customer requests, and known issues.</li><li>Utilize the Army Enterprise Service Management (AESMP), to track and capture workload.</li><li>Capture daily and weekly sustainment reporting requirements via the SharePoint ticketing system and SharePoint FCP Repository.</li><li>Provide status reporting of daily activities, recurring or significant issues, classroom maintenance/preventative maintenance checks and services and problems resolved.</li><li>Perform monthly preventative maintenance of each installed FCP classroom audiovisual equipment by cleaning/dusting projectors and audiovisual equipment cabinet as needed.</li><li>Serve as the classroom support representative for FCP and maintain routine communications with the COR, perform weekly inventory of shelf stock equipment and items.</li><li>Maintain Common Operating Picture (COP) of all FCP Classrooms.</li><li>Assist on-site Government and other personnel with daily classroom operation of audiovisual equipment including the providing of user training as needed</li><li>Provide on-site audiovisual expertise for FCP classrooms.</li><li>Provide instructions and briefings on the use of audiovisual systems and instructional technology equipment.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Possess an associate&rsquo;s degree in information systems/computer science or technically related degree; OR three (3) years of technically related field experience in desktop support or network administration.</li><li>(5) years of verifiable Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Digital Projection and Digital display, Control Systems Equipment Installation and Operations experience.</li><li>Possess a current InfoComm International - Certified Technology Specialist-General Certification (CTS).</li><li>Have experience with general connectivity issues in LAN/WAN/Internet environments.</li><li>Has a basic knowledge/understanding of all equipment settings as they pertain to the normal operation of an Audio Visual &amp; Information Technology systems.</li><li>Is able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Eligibility Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>SECRET clearance or have the ability obtain an INTERIM SECRET clearance.</li><li>DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP).</li><li>The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Other Duties:</strong></p><p><em>The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position. &nbsp;Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by their supervisor.
