Eastern time zone preferred.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>The Support Specialist serves as a primary service and strategic support partner for clients within the employee benefits stop-loss insurance space. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, supporting Account Executives, and ensuring accurate, timely, and proactive management of stop-loss benefit plans. The Support Specialist plays a critical role in client retention and day-to-day client satisfaction.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, both brokers and groups, providing exceptional customer service and timely submission of claims and reporting.</li><li>Support Account Executives in managing client relationships and ongoing service needs.</li><li>Manage the stop-loss work center queue.</li><li>Work with the Wholesure Specialty Placement accounting team to:<ul><li>Ensure timely payment of premium for all clients.</li><li>Ensure broker commissions are paid timely.</li></ul></li><li>Liaise with insurance carriers, vendors, and TPAs to ensure issue resolution.</li><li>Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and claim and reporting tracking within agency management.</li><li>Analyze data and provide insights.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve service processes and enhance the overall client experience.</li><li>Build strong, long-term client, carrier, and TPA relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>2&#43; years of experience in stop loss insurance, claims administration, MGU, carrier, or TPA environment</li><li>Working knowledge of specific and aggregate stop loss coverage and policy provisions</li><li>Experience coordinating with TPAs, carriers, and broker partners  </li><li>Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  </li><li>Proficiency with benefits administration systems, carrier portals, and CRM tools.</li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Pay Details:</span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
