    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Dining Room Supervisor @ Magnolia Glen</strong> is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: FT 6am - 2:30pm including weekends</strong></p>\n<p><strong>*with ability to cover 11am-7:30pm when needed*</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range $19/hr - $20.50/hr</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Paid Vacation / Sick Time /  7 Paid HolidaysExcellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits/ 401K</p>\n<p>Free Meal each shift</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues</li>\n <li>Manage the  front of house team </li>\n <li>Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff</li>\n <li>Record production and operational data as required</li>\n <li>Create effective schedules, plan and forecast labor by budget</li>\n <li>Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring a smile to work every day</li>\n <li>Be a great team player</li>\n <li>A high school diploma required</li>\n <li>Minimum of three years’ food service experience in a supervisory role required</li>\n <li>POS user experience </li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
