    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Superintendent – Commercial Construction (Ground-Up)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Office Location: </span>Tempe, AZ | Field Work</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Coverage: </span>Arizona (statewide), ability to travel a plus </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A well-established general contractor specializing in hotels and commercial office projects specializing in hotels and commercial office projects, is seeking an experienced<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Project Superintendent </span>to their active builds across the state of Arizona, and neighboring areas.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>These are <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ground-up</span> commercial projects ranging from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$10M–$30M</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">25,000–150,000 sq. ft.</span>, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mid-rise structures up to 10 stories</span>. You’ll be responsible for full on-site construction execution — from site logistics and safety to sequencing trades, quality control, and communication with ownership and design partners.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hands-on</span> superintendent — someone who is comfortable with a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">builder’s level</span> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">transit</span>, has a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">\"tape-on-belt\"</span> approach, and brings a deep understanding of building trades and high-end commercial finishes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout</li>\n<li>Maintain quality standards, trade sequencing, inspections, and punch lists</li>\n<li>Coordinate material/equipment procurement and deliveries</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation: daily reports, manpower logs, safety compliance, testing results</li>\n<li>Drive collaboration with design partners and owners for timely issue resolution</li>\n<li>Protect the schedule with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3-week look-ahead</span> planning and proactive communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">7–10 years</span> as a Project Superintendent in hotel and/or commercial office ground-up construction</li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">all 16 CSI divisions</span></li>\n<li>Strong experience coordinating <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">site logistics, site safety</span>, foundations, building envelope, MEPS, and elevators</li>\n<li>Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors while maintaining schedule, budget, and safety compliance</li>\n<li>Proficiency with daily reporting, quality control checks, and look-ahead schedules</li>\n<li>Solid communication and client-facing skills — able to lead weekly OAC meetings</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OSHA 30</span> (required)</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret full plan sets (structural, architectural, civil, interior design, and MEP) and ensure trade compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience using Microsoft Office and MS Project</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DOB Superintendent</span> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Safety Management license</span> (or willingness to obtain — company supported)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The ability to travel is a plus!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must have a thorough knowledge, understanding, and mastery of ALL project plans, including but not limited to</span> site work, civil &amp; SOE, structural, architectural &amp; interior design and MEPS, including plumbing riser diagrams &amp; fixture placement plans &amp; schedules, electrical feeder riser &amp; feeder diagrams, lighting plans &amp; light-fixture schedules &amp; specifications and knowledge and experience with building codes as affected by local ordinances.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What’s Offered</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$100K–$150K base salary</span>, and is dependent on candidate’s qualifications, experience and educational background and can vary, accordingly.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits include </span>Healthcare, Dental coverage and Eyeglass Care, 401-K retirement benefits and paid vacation.</li>\n<li>Paid time off &amp; long-term growth opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join</span></p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a loyal, team-oriented construction leader who wants a long-term home with room to grow.
