    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\"><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p><span>RC Andersen, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Site Safety Manager to support our mission critical operations in Atlanta, GA.&nbsp;</span></p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><span><strong>Essential Functions:</strong> &nbsp;</span></p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><span>Implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations. Individual responsibilities in safety, health, and environmental matters.&nbsp;</span></p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><span>Monitor effectiveness of the safety management system and progress against the safety Performance Standards.&nbsp;</span></p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><span>Lead and provide functional management for safety personnel.&nbsp;</span></p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><span>Plans and implements programs to train managers and employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment, and other materials.&nbsp;</span></p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><span>Inspects organization facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.&nbsp;</span></p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><span>Ensure that there are appropriate processes in place for promptly alerting the business to significant accidents and incidents.
