    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The Lead Therapist directs and manages the clinical activities and outpatient services working with the Regional Program Director (RPD) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) and to assure financial viability and contract compliance of assigned programs. Assists in planning, organizing, and directing the admissions and treatment including supervision of staff, program development, program administration, and provides therapeutic services as needed. Maintains knowledge and familiarity of the goals and objectives of the agency.</p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\" id=\"isPasted\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p><ul><li>Maintains knowledge of agency goals and objectives and works concurrently toward these goals and objectives with the RPD and COO by attending key meetings, preparing reports, etc</li><li>Demonstrates excellent communication skills with other program leaders and staff in order to provide quality care to clients. Maintains positive communication linkage with outside supportive sources</li><li>Supervises staff, students, and other clinical support staff</li><li>Manages contractual requirements and ensures staff meet the standard compliance with requirements of funding and accrediting sources including the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse (ODMHSAS), and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), manages assigned programs to meet budgetary guidelines</li><li>Plans and develops programmatic goals and objectives, seeking ways in which to work more efficiently and effectively</li><li>Maintains partial caseload, provides quality direct services to clients and may be referred most severe and critical clients, provide consultation for staff with most severe/complex cases</li><li>Ensure quality service to clients and accurate and timely processing of documentation</li><li>Prepares, plans, facilitates, and implements direct care of clients through groups, and individual case management and supportive services</li><li>Maintains core competencies in relation to working with co-occurring disorders through continuing education and implementing skills into all aspects of treatment</li><li>Demonstrates expertise in specific theoretical orientation Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc. and models fidelity for staff</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Performs other duties as required</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree</li><li>Licensed in the state of Oklahoma as one of the following<ul><li>Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)</li><li>Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)</li><li>Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LFMT)</li><li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)</li></ul></li><li>2 years of administrative experience in a mental health setting</li><li>Ability to exercise independent judgment, shows initiative, tact, and maintains effective working relationships with participants, staff, and the community</li><li>Knowledge of computers and ability to complete electronic medical records</li><li>Supervisory experience preferred</li><li>Experience in working with community social service and health agencies</li><li>Excellent of verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time</li><li>Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 pounds</li><li>Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time</li><li>Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>HOW WE TAKE CARE OF YOU!</strong></p><ul><li>We pay a generous portion of your Health Insurance</li><li>Low-cost Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Retirement Plan with employer contributions equal to 5% of annual salary</li><li>Student Loan Repayment Options</li><li>No Cost Employee Assistance Plan</li><li>3 Weeks Paid Time-Off (increases annually between years 2-10)</li><li>9 Paid Holidays</li><li>1 Floating Holiday to use at your discretion.</li><li>4 Rest and Relaxation Days</li><li>3 days of Education Leave</li><li>4 hours of Volunteer Leave</li><li>Eligible for Pay Increases and Bonuses Annually</li><li>Employer Paid Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities</strong></span></p><p>Red Rock Behavioral Health Services does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, age, marital/familial status, sexual orientation, or disability.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div>\n",
