    "description_html": "<p>Summary/Objective&nbsp;</p><p>As a Box Truck Driver, your primary purpose is to provide customers with reliable and efficient sales and delivery of all products, as well as servicing, merchandising, rotation, and the successful completion of other related duties.</p><p><br></p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p><p>Servicing:</p><ul><li>Sell, service, and negotiate programs with retail customers to increase company products and overall sales volume.</li><li>Manage, rotate, and maintain stock at retail.</li><li>Sort and pick up all breakage/empties.</li><li>Create, develop, and maintain goodwill in every account.</li><li>Honor all business and personal commitments with your customers.</li></ul><p>Merchandising and Quality Assurance:</p><ul><li>Rotate, stock, and merchandise product at every retail outlet.</li><li>Build, merchandise, and maintain all displays with proper POS (Point of Sales).</li><li>Merchandise and stock all coolers, backrooms, retail floor areas, and cold or warm shelves to effectively sell company products.</li><li>Rotate products and adhere to company “Quality Assurance Policy” guidelines and other company policies in all accounts.</li></ul><p>Related Duties:</p><ul><li>Complete all route settlement responsibilities neatly, accurately, and within the company guidelines.</li><li>Follow correct check-out and check-in procedures.</li><li>Be accountable for any product or monetary inaccuracies.</li><li>Maintain a neat and professional appearance, abiding by company policy.</li><li>Drive your vehicle safely and with courtesy, obeying all laws, DOT requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Report vehicle damage and required maintenance to management.</li><li>Keep vehicle neat and clean at all times.</li><li>Report competitive activities to your supervisor.</li><li>Attend meetings as required.</li><li>Obey company procedures and safety policies.</li><li>Perform other related duties as instructed by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p><p>N/A</p><p><br></p>",
