As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.</span></p><p><span><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span><strong>Collaborate with a team of technologists</strong>&nbsp;to innovate and enhance the Workplace Solutions platform.</span></li><li><span><strong>Design and develop creative software solutions,</strong>&nbsp;employing your ability to think beyond conventional approaches to solve complex technical problems.</span></li><li><span><strong>Produce secure, high-quality production code,</strong>&nbsp;and engage in code reviews and debugging to maintain excellence.</span></li><li><span><strong>Identify and automate solutions</strong>&nbsp;to recurring issues, enhancing the operational stability of software applications and systems.</span></li><li><span><strong>Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues,</strong>&nbsp;ensuring timely and effective fixes.</span></li><li><span><strong>Lead evaluation sessions</strong>&nbsp;with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials for integration into existing systems.</span></li><li><span><strong>Champion communities of practice</strong>&nbsp;across Software Engineering to promote the adoption of new and leading-edge technologies.</span></li><li><span><strong>Foster a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect</strong>&nbsp;within the team.</span></li><li><span><strong>Integrate with front-end technologies</strong>&nbsp;such as Angular and React, and back-end Java APIs.</span></li><li><span><strong>Manage application deployment</strong>&nbsp;using CI/CD platforms to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Formal training or certification on software and engineering concepts, and 3+ years of applied experience.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience on Microsoft Technical Stack Support, including C#, .Net, and SQL Server.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.</span></li><li><span>Advanced in one or more programming language(s).</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.</span></li><li><span>Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.</span></li><li><span>Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).</span></li><li><span>Ability to prioritize and willingness to take ownership.</span></li><li><span>Excellent analytical and communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Practical cloud-native experience.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Hands-on experience using Kubernetes container orchestration.</span></li><li><span>Experience working with cloud platforms, specifically Azure and AWS.</span></li><li><span>In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.</span></li></ul>",
