          "text": "<p>TASKS :</p><ul><li>Follows the delivery/loading schedule in the ERP (transaction indicating proper shipment numbers)</li><li>Follows supervisors’ instructions to improve work methods, prevent complaints or damages</li><li>Adapts to changes in work priorities</li><li>Gathers information to allow regular calculation of loading hours per day</li><li>Ensures repair packages are properly packed</li><li>Ensures additions to the schedule are properly prepared by order preparers</li><li>Prints labels to be affixed by loaders on stock packages leaving for customers</li><li>Records of trucks arriving at Stow, including start and end times of loading</li><li>Inform drivers when and where they will be loaded</li><li>Communicate safety rules to drivers along with the loading number</li><li>Fills in the trailer tracking file</li><li>Organizes transfer orders (TO) for deliveries (automatic basis + adding manual transfers)</li><li>Check the ZNKL list (list of items not ready for loading)</li><li>Maintains files with deliveries, number of packages, and tonnage per delivery</li><li>Maintains order and cleanliness</li><li>Respects the environment</li><li>Observes and enforces safety regulations</li><li>Provides supervisors with all performance-related information by completing the end-of-shift sheet (noting all tasks performed during the shift)</li><li>Assist colleagues when needed</li><li>Maintains regular contact with Transport Planning to manage any changes</li><li>Counts items during inventory and cycle counts</li><li>Performs 5S audits according to instructions</li><li><strong>OPTIONAL:</strong> Moves trailers using the tractor</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
