The ideal candidate will have knowledge and expertise in the design, configuration, development, implementation, and end-to-end user support of Jedox budgeting and forecasting tools. &nbsp;In this role, the candidate will manage Jedox system administration, support, upgrades, develop new and existing budget models, and deliver user training. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Create functional specifications and time and feasibility estimates in response to project requests; analyze requirements and provide solutions.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Design, Configure, Develop, Implement, and Support end-to-end &nbsp;Jedox Budgeting and forecasting tools and understanding business needs and use cases, across business segments.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Develop new and existing Budget models and use cases to deliver tailored through Jedox.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Manage Jedox system administration, support, upgrade, and user training.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Finance, accounting, and controlling functional support</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Designs and configures Jedox and other software products to Requirements, creates specifications and implements then Supports it.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>&nbsp;Create the operator manual or other documentation supplied in conjunction with a software project.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Translates requirements of technical documents into the product configuration to properly operate instrumentation during tests.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Assists in improving product features and quality, reducing product development costs and product delivery cycle time.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Follow and document the software SDLC method.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provides post-delivery customer support.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Desired Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2-3 years&#39; experience as project lead or acting as a senior member of the Jedox implementation and support team.</li><li>4-6 years of experience implementing Jedox or EPM-related solutions.</li><li>Experienced working in SAP, Salesforce, and BI integration.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Jedox implementation and support through Agile methodology.,&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Autonomous, conceptual, and structured working manner with strong communication skills</li><li>Programming skills and experience are a plus, but not a requirement.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to effectively interact with HORIBA personnel and other customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to exercise appropriate judgment. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to function independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>SALARY RANGE: &nbsp;$80,000 to $107,000</u></strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Compensation Package:</strong></p><p>HORIBA Instruments offers a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(k) plan with match; employee group dental, vision, life, and disability (short and long-term) paid for by the company; medical insurance, family dental and vision insurance, and supplemental life insurance available with reasonable employee contributions; employee assistance program; paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; flexible spending accounts; and educational reimbursement and commuter benefit programs.</p><p><strong>I</strong>f you are an individual with a disability and need an accommodation during the application/hiring process, please email <a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\">[email protected]</a> or call (949) 344-0152 for assistance.
