      "content": "\n<li>Ensure the condition and cleanliness of treatment rooms and gym area meets&nbsp;standards</li>\n<li>Assist clinical staff with patient intervention following plan of care as directed by the PT or PTA. Level of assistance will depend on payer and&nbsp;state guidelines. Treatment may&nbsp;include:&nbsp;exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, aquatic therapy, modalities, and education on posture, ergonomics, ADL’s and body mechanics</li>\n<li>Assist administrative staff as directed by clinic director; tasks to include scheduling/rescheduling patients, answering phones, assisting patients with intake, running weekly reports from clinical&nbsp;software&nbsp;and calling patients to maintain communication at the therapist’s direction.</li>\n<li>Maintain clean environment for the safety of patients and efficiency of clinicians; housekeeping tasks include but not limited to consistently cleaning tables and private treatment areas, maintaining supply of towels and pillowcases in appropriate area, clean exercise equipment, washing/folding laundry where applicable, communicating with clinic director when supplies are&nbsp;low</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High School Diploma (required)</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field strongly&nbsp;preferred</li>\n<li>Standing or walking for extended periods</li>\n<li>Assisting with patient exercise instruction and demonstration</li>\n<li>Monitoring patient movement to ensure safety, including fall prevention</li>\n<li>Light lifting or movement of equipment and supplies up to 50lbs</li>\n<li>Occasional bending, reaching, or crouching as needed to support patient care or maintain a safe and clean clinical environment</li>\n"
