As a ServiceNow expert, this role will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining AIT's ServiceNow platform, with a main focus on CMDB and ITOM. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Configure and support 3rd party integrations with ServiceNow to serve as discovery sources</li>\n <li>Configure and support Discovery and Service Mapping to populate the CMDB.</li>\n <li>Hands-on design, development, troubleshooting, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform using agile methodologies.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scheduled Jobs related to CMDB specifically but also other areas of the platform.</li>\n <li>Contributes technical expertise across the platform’s applications to include, but not be limited to ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, foundations and integrations.</li>\n <li>Resolve System Issues including but not limited to Discovery issues.</li>\n <li>The wage range for this position is $92,700.00-$139,060.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline Required </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years Overall ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on CMDB, CSDM, Discovery and integrations Required </li>\n <li>3+ years (GLIDE, Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts) Required </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with CI (Configuration Item) classes, relationships, and attributes (High proficiency)</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to multi-task (High proficiency)</li>\n <li>Experience implementing systems using the agile/scrum methodology (High proficiency)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licenses and Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ITIL V4 Certification Preferred </li>\n <li>ServiceNow Application Developer Preferred </li>\n <li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Required </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Skills We Hope to See</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A team player who works well with others – being respectful to our teammates is a Core Value</li>\n <li>A strong work ethic with an appreciation for ownership, independence, accountability, and autonomy in your role</li>\n <li>Growth mindset – being passionate about your craft, always looking for ways to improve yourself and the company, being open to change and doing things differently</li>\n <li>Customer service focus – we serve a wide variety of customers, both internal and external, and building relationships is a part of our culture</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What AIT Can Offer You</h2>\n<p>In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
