Join us and help shape the future!</p>\n<p>WSP is seeking an experienced professional to support project/program management and data tracking team utilizing an internal Illinois Tollway system (Catapult) in our Lisle project office. In this role, you will lead the enterprise project/program management and data system used by the Illinois Tollway to track contracts, projects, and related information.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the backend data architecture and integrity</li>\n <li>Oversee data integration with enterprise systems</li>\n <li>Maintain and enforce data governance, standards, and best practices</li>\n <li>Support system modernization and transition efforts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in database management, backend systems, or enterprise application support</li>\n <li>Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning</li>\n <li>Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms like SAP or project management systems) and managing data interfaces</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in data governance and quality management, including developing standards and ensuring data consistency across systems</li>\n <li>Experience leading or supporting system implementations or migrations, including data conversion and validation</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interface across IT and business teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Illinois Tollway’s Catapult system</li>\n <li>Experience with SaaS-based project/program management platforms (Kahua, Trimble Unity Construct, or similar enterprise systems)</li>\n <li>Experience supporting capital programs, infrastructure agencies, or transportation organizations (e.g., DOTs, toll agencies, large public-sector programs)</li>\n <li>Strong background in data migration and system replacement initiatives, including legacy system decommissioning and platform transition support</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and supporting downstream analytics needs</li>\n <li>Experience working with cloud-based data environments (Azure, AWS, or similar), including data storage, pipelines, and integrations</li>\n <li>Knowledge of data governance frameworks and enterprise data standards within large organizations</li>\n <li>Experience leading cross-functional teams or mentoring technical staff, particularly in environments bridging IT and business operations</li>\n</ul>",
