Operation Program Manager (EPD II)

What to Expect
This position manages operational projects, ensuring alignment with the program model while focusing on optimizing production processes, mitigating risks, and improving overall operational efficiency. This is an on-site role, and physical presence at the facility is required to effectively perform the job responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
Manage and oversee cross-departmental operational projects, ensuring objectives and timelines are met. Lead NPI projects, coordinating closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams for successful product launches. Optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency in collaboration with factory teams. Monitor KPIs and ensure project targets are consistently achieved. Act as a liaison in San Jose to address customer operational issues, simulate scenarios, and create action plans aligned with business strategies. Facilitate collaboration among R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality assurance teams to support operational goals. Integrate global resources to meet operational needs and improve performance. Leverage bilingual skills to enhance communication and collaboration across regions.
What You’ll Bring:
A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Operations Management or Industrial Technology, with familiarity in manufacturing technologies. Strong project management skills with the ability to drive progress, manage risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), including transitioning from design to mass production. Familiarity with production process optimization and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Proven experience in managing cross-departmental operational projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning customer needs with business strategies. Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure manufacturing environment. A strong customer service and satisfaction mindset. Proficiency in bilingual communication (e.g., Chinese and English) is preferred.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
