    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 1in;\">&nbsp;</p><p>Legend Brands, an industry leader and long-standing company, providing equipment, accessories and chemicals for professional cleaning, facility maintenance, portable environmental control, fire remediation and water damage restoration.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong> &nbsp;<br>The HR Business Partner is responsible for assisting in the daily functions of the Human Resource department including talent acquisition and employee support, while aligning HR practices with business objectives. &nbsp; This position will provide functional expertise in administering and coordinating HR systems, employee relations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies, and supporting all areas of human&nbsp;resources to support business operations.</p><p>• Oversee and conduct all aspects of recruiting and staffing logistics, including recruiting strategy, interviewing, hiring and follow-up<br>• Coordinate and administer the company on-boarding process for new hires<br>• Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend actions to support continuous improvement and employee retention<br>• Develop, update and maintain compliant job descriptions<br>• Create and revise candidate interview guides utilizing job descriptions to meet manager needs<br>• Support the implementation and administration of policies, plans and procedures<br>• Recommend and support initiatives to enhance employee relations and engagement, and retention<br>• Manage employee leave administration and maintain continuous knowledge and expertise on all federal and state leave requirements&nbsp;<br>• Keep current on knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and make recommendations to EVP of HR for updating policy and systems as required<br>• Support internal investigations as needed<br>• Effectively respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies</p><p><strong><u>Work Schedule</u></strong> &nbsp;<br>Monday – Friday onsite</p><p><strong><u>Supervision Responsibility</u></strong>&nbsp;<br>None</p><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong>&nbsp;<br>• Demonstrated experience using an HRIS (Oracle ATS preferred) to manage recruitment workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting&nbsp;<br>• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field required<br>• Minimum seven years of broad HR experience required<br>▪ Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred</p><p><strong><u>Employment Standards</u></strong><br>• Demonstrated experience using an HRIS (Oracle ATS preferred) to&nbsp;manage recruitment workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting<br>• Knowledge of Human Resources laws, current trends, and best&nbsp;practices<br>• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously<br>• Proven ability to analyze complex situations and work toward timely and effective resolution<br>• Strong competency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and database mining &nbsp;<br>• Experience using social media for recruitment and employer branding initiatives&nbsp;<br>• Ability to analyze complex data and develop clear and concise written reports and presentations<br>• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to confidential issues<br>• Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees and managers<br>• Ability to research and analyze situations/information to provide answers/recommendations</p><p><strong><u>Hiring Range&nbsp;</u></strong><br>$80.2K - $97K</p><p><strong><u>Benefits &nbsp;</u></strong><br>Legend Brands offers an excellent benefits package with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 10 paid holidays, generous paid time off, employer matching&nbsp;401 (k)PLUS a company-sponsored pension, and more! &nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Additional Considerations</u></strong> &nbsp;<br>• Legend Brands is an equal opportunity employer that considers all applicants without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status or&nbsp;<br>disability<br>• Candidates must be authorized to work for an employer in the U.S., as we are not currently sponsoring or taking over sponsorship of employment Visa's<br>• All job offers are contingent upon satisfactory pre-employment drug test and background checks</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
