You will move beyond analysis to own the narrative of our business performance, translating complex data into actionable strategies that drive growth, optimize operations, and maximize profitability. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of deep analytical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to influence cross-functional roadmaps.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will you do</span>:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Leadership &amp; Influence</span>:</p>\n<p>- Partner with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish a robust performance management framework across the organization.</p>\n<p>- Synthesize data from multiple sources to tell a compelling story about business performance, identifying not just what is happening, but why, and what we should do about it.</p>\n<p>- Champion a culture of data-driven accountability and continuous improvement.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Advanced Analytics &amp; Business Intelligence</span>:</p>\n<p>- Own the development and maintenance of scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting suites that provide a single source of truth for the business.</p>\n<p>- Conduct deep-dive analyses on financial performance, customer lifetime value, marketing ROI, and operational efficiency to uncover hidden opportunities and risks.</p>\n<p>- Lead complex ad-hoc strategic projects to address critical business questions, from market expansion to new product feasibility.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planning, Forecasting &amp; Governance</span>:</p>\n<p>- Implement and manage a rolling forecast process to provide dynamic insights and enable proactive course correction.</p>\n<p>- Establish and govern the standards for data integrity, reporting, and financial analysis across the company.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Development &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</span>:</p>\n<p>- Mentor and develop a high-performing analyst (current or future), fostering their analytical and business acumen.</p>\n<p>- Act as a central hub for business intelligence, collaborating closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align goals and drive company-wide strategic initiatives.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Role (Qualifications)</span></p>\n<p>- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.</p>\n<p>- 4+ years of progressive experience in performance management, business intelligence, strategic finance, or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading strategic projects.</p>\n<p>- Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior analysts or leading cross-functional initiatives.</p>\n<p>- Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI/Looker); advanced financial modeling in Excel is a must.</p>\n<p>- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.</p>\n<p>- Strategic, forward-thinking mindset with a strong bias for action and impact.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>- Experience in a high-growth tech startup or e-commerce environment.</p>\n<p>- Deep knowledge of the Egyptian market and its unique business landscape.</p>",
