          "text": "<p><a href=\"http://www.ingramcontent.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ingram Content Group (ICG)</strong></a><strong>&#xa0;</strong>is hiring <strong>Forklift Operators</strong> to start with our&#xa0;<strong>Operations (Receiving)&#xa0;</strong>team in&#xa0;<strong>La Vergne, TN.</strong></p><p><em>Want to join a key team that helps the world read?</em></p><p>The world is reading, and it is our goal to connect as many people as possible to the content they want in the simplest ways.&#xa0; If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can’t wait to meet you!</p><p><strong>What You'll Need:</strong></p><ul><li>Drug and physical screening prior to start</li><li>Certification as an equipment operator or ability to be certified</li><li>1 year work experience in at least one previous job</li><li>6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate&#xa0;forklift and use radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities such as pull down or put away.</li><li>Move&#xa0;stock as assigned.</li><li>Sign&#xa0;out forklift after completing&#xa0;daily safety checklist.</li><li>Report&#xa0;any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.</li><li>Stack&#xa0;product physically onto and off of pallets repetitively throughout the designated shift.</li><li>Load and unload&#xa0;trucks.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.</li><li>Ability to pass physical examination that includes testing for satisfactory vision (distance, peripheral, and depth perception), hearing, and blood pressure/pulse exams for safe operation of motorized equipment.</li><li>Ability to escalate up to 25 feet in height on equipment.</li><li>Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 70lbs during the assigned shift – 30lbs or less continuously, 50lbs frequently, and 70lbs occasionally.</li><li>Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 130lbs force to push during the assigned shift – 1-50lbs continuously, 51-70lbs occasionally, and 71-130lbs as needed for battery changes.</li><li>Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.</li><li>Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.</li><li>Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.</li><li>Exposure to wide range of temperatures</li><li>Ability to successfully complete forklift certification process</li></ul>",
