font-size: 12pt\">Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer focused people to join us in our Utility Division, working on our Thames Water contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for individual Region. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Allocated Project Manager to your individual Region.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Forward Planning of all complex jobs - Planning to the Combi/Recycler, Mainline units and Portareel'. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Submitting Permits using Street manager. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Arranging Traffic Management with our Streetworks department. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Closure of all activities and related WOLI’s (Work Order Line Items). </span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring that there are no duplicate jobs open impacting the overall figures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Daily update on all jobs that are out for that day and escalate to the project manager if there is any risk of an unable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Managing active jobs - being reactive to the requests to resource required on Live Priority Sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the project manager as required working alongside their requests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure that all data capture sheets are fully completed, and the data is ready and accurate by 13:00 daily for managers to be able to report on said data.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track and investigate repeat blockages and escalate where required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage Pollution and Internal Flooding Journeys that sit with Special Projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
