    "description": "<p>Description</p>\r\n\r\n<p>This position is responsible for all Customer Service day to day activities / functions at the La Porte Complex.</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Load / Unload, tankers, railcars and drums.</li>\r\n\t<li>Receive / Ship all export and domestic shipments.</li>\r\n\t<li>Placard trucks going out to customers, along with bill of lading paperwork.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrate, understand and adhere to La Porte&rsquo;s PSM, HS&amp;S, and Quality Systems.</li>\r\n\t<li>Required to achieve and maintain qualification as an E-Squad member. This includes: Industrial Fire Brigade, HAZMAT response, CPR, First Aid, and incident Command.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain good housekeeping throughout the Customer Service area.</li>\r\n\t<li>Handling hazardous material while complying with regulatory requirements for DOT.</li>\r\n\t<li>Train on department procedures and learn about the process.</li>\r\n\t<li>Operate forklift, fifth wheel, and other various equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Requires shift work.
