The candidate will have high quality and customer service standards while managing a fast-paced warehouse.</p><p>We seek a proactive, results-driven, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.<br><br>This is an <strong>on-site, full-time position </strong>at our <strong>Plano, TX Warehouse</strong>. <strong>Work hours are M-F, 8:00a - 5:00p. </strong>Our benefit offerings include Medical, Dental & Vision insurance, 401k with company match and PTO.<br><br><strong>This position will have responsibilities that include working with government contractors; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required. </strong></p><p><u><strong>Roles & Responsibilities include:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Overseeing and processing daily delivery and shipments, using shipping software and inventory-based programs.</li><li>Receiving and scanning new inventory; inspecting and storing according to policy.</li><li>Prepare outgoing orders for shipment.</li><li>Scheduling transfer of materials between departments.</li><li>Conducting inventory counts, comparing results to computerized inventory, and reconciling any differences.</li><li>Processing daily Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA).</li><li>Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.</li><li>Providing coaching and guidance to warehouse staff.</li><li>Enforcing operating instructions and safety policies.</li><li>Resolving routine equipment issues.</li><li>Back up for Deliveries, when necessary</li></ul><p><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong><strong>This position will have responsibilities that include working with government contractors; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.</strong></strong></li><li>5+ years of warehouse management / supervisory experience.</li><li>Strong management and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to anticipate and solve problems.</li><li>Demonstrated competencies in performing accurate physical inventory counts.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities.</li><li>Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet the entire shift.</li><li>Clean driver's license required</li></ul><p><u><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"background:#FFFFFF;\"><span style=\"vertical-align:baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><b><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">About Us: </span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></u></p><p><em><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'-apple-system';\">About Future Tech Enterprise, Inc.</span></span></em><br><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'-apple-system';\">Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is a recognized leader in delivering enterprise IT solutions and services to commercial, federal, and global clients.
