We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about professional advancement, contributing to Sprint backlog development to drive the achievement of Product team goals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our products. You will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Product Owner to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Impact on Strategy</strong> •  Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and document product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.•  Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between the development team, and stakeholders. Act as a liaison to clarify requirements, answer questions, and address concerns.•  User Story Development: Assist in breaking down high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that the development team understands what needs to be built.•  Sprint Review and Retrospective: Contribute to sprint review sessions to ensure that the product meets customer expectations. Participate in retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.•  Product Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and feature descriptions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.•  Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of the development team to ensure any impacts are communicated and understood early to enable the team to ‘fail-fast’.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Leadership and Management </strong>•  Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning sessions, assisting the Product Manager in determining the scope of work for each sprint and establishing achievable goals.•  Backlog Management: Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and tasks are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized based on business value and customer needs.</p>\n<p>Any other duties that may be required by your Manager or the Company, providing you have been adequately trained to execute them.  These duties may be required from time to time or on a permanent basis.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Skills and Experience</h2>\n<p>•  3-5 years of experience in a product-related role, such as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar. Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.•  Proven ability to identify and resolve problems effectively, displaying a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.•  Experience with data analytics and metrics tracking desirable.</p>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise </strong>•  Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex problems, break them down into smaller components, and propose effective solutions.•  Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and requirements clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.•  Collaborative Nature: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment, building relationships and fostering collaboration.•  Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that requirements and deliverables are accurately documented and tracked.•  Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.•  Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, software development processes, and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends.•  Self-Motivated: A proactive individual who takes ownership of tasks and demonstrates the drive to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Ideagen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ideagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
