What You Will Do: The Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) provides administrative and operational support to the School of Nursing, including coordinating schedules, managing communications, tracking data, and supporting student and academic processes. Essential Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Coordination: Coordinate daily operations and communications for the School of Nursing, including managing shared inboxes and responding to student, faculty, and partner inquiries. Manage and maintain the School of Nursing calendar in alignment with the University calendar, ensuring accuracy and coordination across stakeholders. Academic & Scheduling Support: Support course scheduling processes in collaboration with the University scheduling team. Monitor course staffing and assist with coordination, tracking, and communication related to faculty assignments. Student Operations Support: Assist with new student processes, including class scheduling and coordination between enrollment, advising, and coaching teams. Serve as a liaison across departments to support a smooth onboarding experience for students. Data & Reporting: Collect, track, and maintain program data, including cohort tracking by term. Generate and update reports to support academic and operational decision-making. Financial & Administrative Support: Process invoices, manage ordering, and track expenses for the School of Nursing. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial and administrative transactions. Qualifications Required: High Diploma or GED equivalent 1+ year Administrative, operations, or program coordination experience Experience supporting scheduling, data tracking, or administrative workflows Demonstrated skills in MS Office (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word), project management required, and ability to learn new technology systems for purposes such as scheduling, mass communications, data reporting, etc. Experience working with multiple stakeholders (students, faculty, or staff) Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field NLU Inclusion Statement: National Louis University is deeply committed to serving its community, advancing access and equity, and ensuring that all individuals are welcomed and valued.
