This role is built for a professional who excels at both the front-end technical inspection of a home and the backend execution of project managing residential renovations. You will be the face of ResiPro in the field, ensuring every home is scoped accurately and each home&#39;s rehab is delivered to our rigorous quality standards.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><u>1. Tech-Enabled Inspections &amp; Scoping</u></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct the initial property evaluation process in Orlando and Central Florida using our tech to build comprehensive scopes of work in real-time.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate and schedule inspections, representing the company with professionalism and transparency.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Identify and document all repair needs, ensuring the initial scope accounts for both visible defects and the secondary work required to complete those repairs correctly.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Flag all high-cost, high-liability, and &quot;deal-killer&quot; items during the inspection to ensure the property meets strict acquisition criteria.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure all structural, mechanical, and safety concerns are captured accurately to prevent budget overruns and timeline delays once the rehab begin</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><u>2.
