Responsibilities:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work with subsystem leads to assess design against technical performance measures (TPMs) to ensure healthy design margins</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage technical budgets including mass, power, interface </span><span>utilization</span><span>, and others</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead </span><span>development of </span><span>select </span><span>cross-</span><span>cutting vehicle designs in collaboration with subsystem leads</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and </span><span>maintain</span><span> </span><span>internal and external interface control documents (</span><span>ICDs</span><span>)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Participate in creation of analysis plans and test plans </span><span>in accordance with</span><span> </span><span>verification and validation</span><span> methodologies, and </span><span>support </span><span>documentation of test events and traceability back to requirements</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform system-level modeling and analysis to </span><span>optimize</span><span> design</span><span> performance, reliability, and safety</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><span> with management o</span><span>f</span><span> engineering documentation, including Master Equipment Lists, BOMs, </span><span>Design Data Books</span><span>, </span><span>etc.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure design and process compliance with applicable NASA standards</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate with NASA Insight members in recurring working group Qualifications:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor's degree in </span><span>E</span><span>lectrical</span><span>, Mechanical, or Aerospace</span><span> </span><span>Engineering or related discipline</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>2</span><span>+ years of experience </span><span>in Systems Engineering </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong understanding of spacecraft</span><span> subsystems</span><span>, including flight hardware and flight software</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrated experience in requirements management, interface control, and verification planning</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering</span><span> (MBSE)</span><span> practices and </span><span>tools</span><span> like Cameo</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience using requirements management tools like DOORS or Jama </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Self-motivated, focused, and driven to meet
