Ce que vous ferez
Dirigez le processus de conception pour des produits et fonctionnalités clés, du début jusqu’à la livraison. Collaborez étroitement avec les chefs de produit, les développeurs et les parties prenantes pour définir la vision du produit et la stratégie. Créez des maquettes haute fidélité, des prototypes et des animations qui impressionnent à la fois les parties prenantes et les utilisateurs. Prenez part à des ateliers de design et des sessions de brainstorming pour inspirer la créativité au sein des équipes. Explorez des solutions, créez des prototypes, et plongez dans les retours utilisateurs et les données pour identifier les points de friction et les opportunités d'amélioration pour chaque initiative. Restez à jour sur les tendances de conception, les outils et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie—et apportez de nouvelles idées à l'équipe. Qui nous recherchons
3+ années d'expérience dans la conception de produits numériques (web, mobile ou SaaS). Un portfolio solide mettant en valeur des études de cas UX/UI, des conceptions de produits à fort impact et des solutions innovantes. Maîtrise de Figma ou d'autres outils de conception (un plus si vous aimez explorer le code ou le design d'animation). Expérience dans l'organisation de sessions de recherche utilisateur et l'utilisation d'outils tels que Maze, Usertesting ou similaires. Expérience au sein d'équipes agiles et collaboration avec des développeurs, des chefs de produit et d'autres parties prenantes. Capacité avérée à équilibrer les objectifs commerciaux et les besoins des utilisateurs pour créer des designs à la fois fonctionnels et esthétiques. Solide compréhension des systèmes de design et des bibliothèques de composants—vous aimez l'efficacité et la cohérence tout en gardant toujours l'utilisateur final en tête. Lead the design process for key products and features, from discovery to delivery. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define the product vision and align on strategy. Own and evolve our design system so that it can scale across multiple platforms and teams. Translate user research, analytics, and feedback into beautiful, functional designs that solve real problems. Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations that “wow” stakeholders and users alike. Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to inspire creativity across teams. Advocate for the user at every stage, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user needs and usability. Be opinionated and leverage a direct line to our customers to get insights. Explore solutions, create prototypes, and dive into user feedback/data to identify points of friction and opportunities for improvement for every initiative Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices—and bring fresh ideas to the team. Who we’re looking for
