    "description": "<p><span>Elite Restoration is currently looking for a<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Marketing Representative</span></span><span> for our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pocatello</span></span><span> location. A person in this position will be responsible for Business Development in the Eastern Idaho territory.  If you have a successful attitude with a “get it done right” mentality, a desire for a career that helps others, plus work with a growing company dedicated to restoring damaged homes and businesses, then look no further.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct daily Business Development route stops in Eastern Idaho</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with referral partners and community contacts</li>\n<li>Track visits, leads, and relationship progress in our CRM system accurately and consistently </li>\n<li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending community events, sponsorships, and trade shows</li>\n<li>Help with light marketing support including social media content, posts, and engagement (as needed)</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with office and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience </li>\n<li>Represent the company with professionalism, friendliness, and reliability </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to manage your time and schedule independently</li>\n<li>Strong communication &amp; networking skills - you must enjoy talking to people</li>\n<li>Comfortable driving to multiple service areas throughout the week</li>\n<li>Reliable and consistent with follow-through - accountability is key</li>\n<li>Able to document interactions and relationship details in a CRM</li>\n<li>Organized and detail - oriented</li>\n<li>Prior experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management is a plus, but not required</li>\n<li>Sales minded individual </li>\n<li>Must be able to confidently represent the company at public events and community activities </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record </li>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry marketing materials and event items (typically 10-25 lbs)</li>\n<li>Proficiency with basic computer software ad CRM platforms (or willingness to learn)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What’s in it for you?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Competitive Pay, $18-$22 an hour D.O.E.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full Health Benefits Package</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid Time Off &amp; Paid Holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">401K Retirement Plan with Company Matching</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Company Provided Vehicle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Great Work Environment – Family Culture and Team Building Events</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Elite Restoration Inc. is a Drug-Free Workplace.
