This position has a $36,000 base salary plus incentive pay.<br><br>Branch Managers are in charge of all activities at the branch, adhering to company policies and guidelines, and serve as the liaison to all other divisions of the company and executive leadership team. If you want to work with a winning team and a legendary brand name, this is the place.<br> </p><p><b>Additional Responsibilities Include:</b> </p><ul><li>Stay current and up to date on all loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and federal and state regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with corporate management and executive management team to execute company goals and sales</li><li>Coordinate sales and operations team meetings according to company’s objectives and goals</li><li>Conduct trainings according to industry and company updates</li><li>Tracking and improving employee performance, including daily pipeline review and management</li><li>Meet all company sales goals</li><li>Recruit top mortgage professionals</li><li>Maintain and develop new marketing strategies</li><li>Develop and maintain strategic client relationships that are congruent with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage’s corporate objectives and goal</li><li>Calculate, review, and submit employee commission statements and payroll according to accounting and payroll guidelines and deadlines</li></ul><p><b>Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history</li><li>Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs </li><li>Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)</li></ul><p lang=\"en-us\"><br><em>Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage diverse, talented, qualified applicants to apply. We offer an extensive compensation package.
