This role has direct</p><p>operational and financial accountability for company-owned locations and serves as the primary</p><p>company representative for partner (third-party) locations, providing advisory support,</p><p>operational guidance, and relationship management to help partners operate successful venues</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities &ndash; Company-Owned Locations</p><p>For company-owned venues, the Area Operations Manager has direct accountability for</p><p>performance, execution, and leadership.</p><p>● Directly manage and develop General Managers</p><p>● Own aggregate P&amp;L performance across assigned company-owned locations</p><p>● Drive revenue performance, labor efficiency, cost control, and profitability. Ensure</p><p>venues are operating within approved budgets</p><p>● KPI performance, reporting, and conduct regular performance reviews tied to KPIs,</p><p>identify performance gaps and drive corrective action</p><p>● Enforce operational, financial, and compliance standards</p><p>● Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand expectations</p><p>● Lead GM coaching, corrective action, and succession planning</p><p>● Ensure consistent leadership standards, culture, and professionalism across all venues</p><p>● Oversee operational readiness for new openings, transitions, or turnarounds</p><p>● Serve as escalation owner for operational, personnel, and compliance issues. Ensure</p><p>venue needs, escalations, and operational risks are communicated clearly and resolved</p><p>efficiently</p><p>Key Competencies</p><p>● Multi-unit operations leadership</p><p>● Financial acumen and P&amp;L fluency</p><p>● Data-driven decision making and KPI management</p><p>● Calm, consistent leadership under pressure</p><p>● Strong coaching, accountability, and conflict-resolution skills</p><p>● Operational discipline with the ability to scale standards</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities &ndash; Partner (Third-Party) Locations</p><p><br></p><p>For partner locations, the Area Operations Manager acts in a non-controlling, consultative</p><p>capacity.</p><p>● Serve as the face of the primary relationship lead for assigned partner venues</p><p>● Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner operators</p><p>● Provide operational guidance, best practices, and advisory support as requested or</p><p>needed</p><p>● Share insights on staffing, service flow, training, and guest experience</p><p>● Support partner locations in identifying opportunities to improve performance and</p><p>consistency</p><p>● Escalate concerns, risks, or repeated issues internally as appropriate</p><p>● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners feel supported and informed</p><p>● Work closely with the assigned company Account Manager, who is responsible for ATM,</p><p>CRT, and skill game collections.</p><p>Financial management, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational control remain the</p><p>responsibility of the third-party operator.</p></div>\n",
