    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>We are seeking talented and team-oriented <strong>Caregivers </strong>to join our <strong>Balfour – Louisville </strong>community<strong>.  </strong>We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedules Available</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Friday and Saturday 6:30am-2:30pm</li>\n <li>Sun/Mon/Tues 2:30pm-10:30pm</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $18-20/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>**$1.50 evening differential rate after 6:30pm**</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist residents with simple requests as needed</li>\n <li>Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activities</li>\n <li>Provide companionship and develop strong resident relations</li>\n <li>Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Document care provided to residents consistent </li>\n <li>Provide input to assure that resident individual service plans are current</li>\n <li>Review 24 hour report and care check lists regularly</li>\n <li>Pass meds</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring a smile to work every day</li>\n <li>Be a great team player</li>\n <li>High school education or GED equivalent preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>First Aid certification and CPR, if required</li>\n <li>Must meet state training requirements and/or certifications</li>\n <li>Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) if required</li>\n <li>PCA if required </li>\n <li>QMAP requirements must be met</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
