    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey</strong> is seeking a <strong>Senior Software Developer</strong> to support the Combat Readiness Directorate Air Force Metrology and Calibration (AFMETCAL) program in <strong>Heath, OH</strong>.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties include, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the implementation of DoD, USAF, and MAJCOM policies while updating local processes to ensure secure day-to-day operations. </li>\n <li>Coordinate with the Government to identify and satisfy Information Assurance (IA) requirements aligned with DoD standards and system architectures. </li>\n <li>Formulate architectural designs, functional specifications, and documentation for hardware and software systems using the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to achieve Authorization and Accreditation (A&A). </li>\n <li>Manage the development, modification, and review of critical security artifacts—including System Security Plans (SSPs), Interconnection Security Agreements (ISAs), and IT Categorization packages—while conducting Verification and Validation (V&V) testing and Continuous Monitoring. </li>\n <li>Serve as the IA Liaison, lead the IA Integrated Process Team (IAIPT), and evaluate technical security implementations against JSIG, NIST 800-53, and relevant DoD/AFIs to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of mission systems throughout their lifecycle.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Secret</p>\n<p><strong>Education and experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Masters Degree and 10 years of related experience; OR Bachelors Degree and 12 years of related experience</li>\n <li>Proficient using Visual Studio programming Environment developing web applications using ASP.net (VB, C#, MVC) JavaScript HTML, css and Bootstrap</li>\n <li>Mid to advanced Oracle database experience to include database design, ANSI SQL proficiency, SQL/PL experience and stored procedure experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Technical Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>JIRA</li>\n <li>BitBucket, Git, or similar</li>\n <li>Confluence</li>\n <li>Zypher testing Suite</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Heath, Ohio</p>\n<p><strong>Travel:</strong> 10%</p>\n<p><strong>Onsite</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-DG1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
