          "text": "<p>BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a team providing financial management support services to Headquarters Marine Corps Budget &amp; Execution Division. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface between BryceTech and the Government, providing oversight of all contract activities, personnel, deliverables, quality management, and customer engagement.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide overall leadership and oversight of contract performance</li><li>Manage project cost, schedule, staffing, and performance across all PWS task areas</li><li>Lead transition planning, quality assurance, risk management, metrics management, project controls, and communications management</li><li>Ensure successful execution of support activities involving:<ul><li>Financial execution analysis and reporting</li><li>Budget execution monitoring</li><li>DAI, PBIS, ADVANA, WYPC, HRLink, and related financial systems</li><li>Financial reporting and audit readiness initiatives</li></ul></li><li>Serve as primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer and COR</li><li>Attend and support monthly planning meetings, quarterly performance reviews, and executive-level briefings</li><li>Prepare and oversee required deliverables, status reports, meeting materials, quality control documentation, and transition plans</li><li>Manage subcontractors and ensure all personnel maintain required qualifications</li><li>Identify efficiencies, process improvements, and cost-saving opportunities that enhance value to the Government</li></ul>",
