    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Data Center &amp; Route Switch Field Service Technician :&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full time benefits eligible position that includes a company vehicle, gas card for vehicle, inventory, and training. Paid training includes Cisco CCT Field Technician certification, which comes with a dollar per hour increase. If you are technical, Acuative is willing to invest in you for this role.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position requires a person willing to go to new places. Tickets can be assigned four or more hours away to provide installation and maintenance services to voice and data networks, servers, computer systems, retail technology systems, and other network-based hardware.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Acuative technicians are guaranteed forty (40) hours of pay per week even if not dispatched for forty hours.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To be eligible for this role you must have a clear driver&rsquo;s license (no more than 4 points), have the Covid-19 vaccination, and willing to work mostly M-F with opportunity for overtime and call out pay after hours. This position often works alone, and qualified applicants must be able to lift up to fifty pounds above head and climb a ladder.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Selected candidates are given paid training and support as needed for every job they are routed to.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Acuative is a drug free workplace.&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Overview :</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Acuative, the nation&#39;s leading independent provider of telecommunications field services, seeks a Field Service Technician. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time covering the (MARKET) area providing installation and maintenance services to voice and data networks, servers, computer systems, retail technology systems, and other network based hardware.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities :&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The position involves a variety of tasks including but not limited to:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation and maintenance of networking hardware including routers, switches, and WAP&rsquo;s.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation and maintenance of telephony equipment and circuits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hardware break/fix support for Cisco UCS servers and Nexus switching equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation and support of retail technology systems &ndash; POS, Digital Signage, and Video Surveillance Systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Circuit extensions and structured cabling.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Site surveys and site audits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools to departmental standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accurate and timely submission of all job-related documents and deliverables.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation of LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite receivers, cables and hardware.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation of Fixed Wireless Antennas, cables and hardware.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications :&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Candidates should possess many of the following KSAs:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of networking hardware and topologies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with Cisco networking products and interfacing through Cisco CLI.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding of telephony systems (VOIP, PBX, Key Systems) with an ability to provide hands-on hardware and troubleshooting support.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of computing systems hardware with the ability to provide break/fix support for desktop PC and/or servers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Physical installations of a wide variety of hardware including routers, switches, WAPs, servers, POS systems, digital signage systems, and associated peripheral equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to provide configuration support for a variety of technology platforms through console and remote applications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with LEC circuit identification and extensions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with cabling standards and the ability to pull and terminate cabling in a variety of customer environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to operate basic power tools &ndash; drills, saws, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work on ladders and lifts where required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel &amp; Word).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to follow detailed job documents.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be willing to travel as needed to meet customer SLAs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">On-call, after hours, and weekend work may be required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must possess a valid drivers&rsquo; license with good driving record.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience installing LEO Satellite (such as Starlink) and/or Fixed Wireless antennas.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education &amp; Certifications :</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CompTIA, Cisco, Cabling, and PBX system certifications a plus!</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Selected candidates will be required to attend a hardware and cabling training course at our Global Technology Center in Strongsville, OH.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Selected candidates must obtain Cisco Field Tech certification within 90 days of employment at Acuative.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div>\n",
