For our sales team, this means selling a solution that goes beyond infrastructure — helping customers elevate the guest experience while driving measurable business results. You’ll work with hotel owners, operators, and brands to solve real challenges and deliver meaningful impact.
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative based developing and implementing Enseo product sales across the Canadian territory or group of customers. This is a key role in expanding Enseo’s lines of business and working closely with customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Meet with customers (ownership groups, management groups and properties) to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them. Prepare and present proposals and quotations based upon customer requirements. Actively sell and close deals with customers. Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks. Project expected sales volume via forecasting against current sales quotas for region to sales management. Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners. Participate in sales training for new programs and products. Work with cross functional groups inside Enseo to facilitate sales process and other internal processes. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Sales and negotiation Customer relationship management Prospecting and lead generation Time management and organization Problem-solving and adaptability Excellent attention to detail A proven ability to meet deadlines
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2C depending on your business) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Territory-based role within Canada (remote and/or field-based) May require travel to client sites, trade shows, and company meetings
