leadership supporting assembly and test manufacturing operations through process development, production troubleshooting, fixture design, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plan, develop, and improve manufacturing processes supporting assembly and test operations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze assembly processes to maximize efficiency through optimization of workflow, equipment layout, and standardized assembly methods.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design, develop, and implement assembly tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions to support production requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide engineering support for production operations by troubleshooting process, tooling, and equipment issues affecting quality or throughput.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support development and improvement of torque-controlled assembly processes including tooling selection, verification methods, and process documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) activities by providing manufacturing input during product design and development.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead or contribute to Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities to identify manufacturing risks and implement effective process controls.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Research, design, develop, test, and improve manufacturing processes by studying product design, manufacturing methods, and production equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support manufacturing technologies including vision inspection systems, laser engraving equipment, and manufacturing test systems used in production processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct audits of assembly processes and work instructions; solicit observations from operators to identify improvement opportunities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements, equipment layout, takt time, and cycle time.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assure product and process quality by validating manufacturing processes, supporting capability analysis, and confirming manufacturing standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain operational readiness of production tooling and equipment by coordinating maintenance and repair activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain product and manufacturing process documentation within company systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participates in the company&rsquo;s efforts to continuously improve Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior manufacturing engineers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree with 4&ndash;7 years of prior manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment or a combination of related experience, education and/or training sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Contributes to moderately complex aspects of projects and works independently while collaborating with cross functional teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering concepts, practices, and procedures related to assembly and production environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with GD&amp;T and SolidWorks or similar CAD software for fixture design, tooling development, and engineering documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of assembly processes including torque-controlled assembly methods, assembly tooling, and standardized work development.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience supporting Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) reviews and providing manufacturing input during product development.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience developing or supporting Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience developing manufacturing process flows and improving production workflow</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding of manufacturing performance metrics including takt time, cycle time, throughput, and line balancing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience supporting automated manufacturing systems such as vision inspection systems, laser engraving equipment, or manufacturing test systems is beneficial.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and support root cause investigations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, stay within budget and work under pressure.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with production personnel, supervisors, quality, and cross functional engineering teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to recognize and work in accordance with our Company Values.</li></ul></div><p
