role
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE As an Accounting Associate at Signal Advisors you will work closely with accounting & finance leadership to prepare and review financial information providing a clear picture of the company’s financial performance. You will play a key role in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and spend management of the company. In addition, you will be responsible for performing account reconciliations and ad-hoc analysis.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO Prepare financial documents, such as invoices, reports and tax forms Monitor aging receivables reports to identify potential collection issues Reconcile bank statements Prepare and record journal entries Complete accounting close processes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring appropriate financial controls, procedures and efficiencies are in place Research issues and prepare internal reports Develop and implement process improvements and automation WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN TEAM MEMBERS 🎨 Generalist

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
