See where your commitment could take you.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Project Delivery AI and Knowledge Lead</strong> to design and implement a structured knowledge management model that captures, curates and leverages lessons learned and critical insights to enhance project delivery across GHD.</p><p>In this role, you will own the Project Delivery knowledge management framework, defining priorities and focus areas for how Artificial Intelligence is applied to improve project outcomes and capability.</p><p>Working in close partnership with Information Services as our technology advisor, you will translate these priorities into a coordinated program of work and act as the ongoing Product Owner for solutions developed through this initiative.</p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><p>You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology and delivery, with accountability across several key areas:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Partnering with knowledge management stakeholders across GHD to develop an aligned approach for capturing insights from projects and progressively building robust knowledge bases</li><li>Acting as the Knowledge Manager for the Project Delivery function, overseeing the curation, structure and maintenance of the knowledge repository</li><li>Building strong stakeholder relationships to identify and shape opportunities for applying AI across Project Delivery</li><li>Translating business needs into clear requirements to support solution scoping, design and implementation</li><li>Collaborating with the Project Delivery Enablement team and broader function to align priorities, dependencies and outcomes</li><li>Communicating effectively with both business stakeholders and technology partners</li><li>Monitoring progress against milestones and intervening where required to ensure successful delivery</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will bring</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated project management capability</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Understanding of the application of AI within project delivery or professional services contexts</li><li>Knowledge of knowledge management practices and frameworks</li><li>Experience contributing to or driving technology-enabled change initiatives</li><li><p>Exposure to AI technologies and their practical application</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Interested?
