The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with knowledge of maintenance procedures, hydraulic systems, and essential tools and appliances. In addition, you must be an outstanding problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills to excel in this position. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor onsite in Talladega, AL <strong>5:00am - 5:30pm Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday</strong>. <strong>Week Two: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform preventative maintenance on industrial production and facility equipment.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial production and facility equipment.</li><li>Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.</li><li>Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to</li><li>standard.</li><li>Perform general facility maintenance tasks as needed.</li><li>Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.</li><li>Has technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems of mechanical or electrical nature.</li></ul><p><strong>Required skills and qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent qualification.</li><li>A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li><strong>Ability to work 5:00am - 5:30pm Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday</strong>. <strong>Week Two: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday</strong></li><li>Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.</li><li>Physically capable and available to work overtime, including weekends.</li><li>Effective problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>This job description is not all-encompassing; however, it is intended to be a general description of the responsibilities of this position.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Overview</strong><br>We are a leading ecommerce company with a mission to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
