          "text": "<p>The SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting function is responsible for all external financial reporting, including SEC periodic filings, quarterly earnings releases, investor relations presentations, 401(k) and census reporting.&#xa0; The role also serves as an internal consulting function to address complex transactions and issues faced by the business.&#xa0; This role will report to the Manager, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, and will be a key contributor to:</p><ul><li>Preparing financial statements and disclosures for periodic filings with the SEC.</li><li>Partnering with Investor Relations and preparing&#xa0;financial presentations for quarterly earnings&#xa0;releases.</li><li>Reviewing and validating disclosures for Annual Proxy filing</li><li>Accounting for company's capital structure (debt and equity), including accounting for stock-based awards.</li><li>Monitoring and researching new accounting standards, summarizing&#xa0;and communicating&#xa0;impacts to executives and Audit Committee, and leading process changes where necessary to respond to new requirements.</li><li>Analyzing&#xa0;and understanding complex transactions, applying complex accounting standards to those transactions, developing solutions to problems and effectively communicating&#xa0;the results to stakeholders.</li><li>Reviewing and monitoring corporate accounting policies and working with various stakeholders to implement changes when necessary to adapt to changes in the business, organization, or accounting standards to ensure that policies remain effective, efficient and compliant with GAAP.</li><li>Collaborating&#xa0;effectively with internal clients, including Corporate Accounting, IT, Treasury, Strategic Investments, Legal, Internal Audit, Real Estate Operations.</li><li>Managing&#xa0;periodic review and assessments for complex accounting areas including impairment reviews, restructuring, strategic investments, joint ventures, and lease accounting.</li><li>Assist in preparation of financial statements on notes for U.S. 401(k) Plan</li><li>Liaising&#xa0;with external auditors and company stakeholders to manage effective and efficient audit execution.</li></ul>",
