We are currently looking for an On-site Contracted MRO Buyer. </p><p>Job Summary:<br>This position will manage purchasing execution and supplier performance for assigned commodities while providing functional guidance and escalation support to local stakeholders (internally and externally), ensure compliance with agreed strategies, and act as an ambassador of Supply Chain. Experience utilizing Esker is preferred.<br><br>Education:    </p><ul><li>High School Diploma required or GED equivalency</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business or business equivalent years of experience preferred.</li><li>Experience using or operating with ESKER (preferred but not required)</li><li>1-3 years purchasing materials in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>MRP or ERP software experience preferred but not required (CloudSuite or SyteLine)</li><li>Advanced in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.</li></ul>Main Job Duties: <ul><li>Manage Esker transactional workload and ensure continuity of purchase order flow while system and reporting improvements are implemented</li><li>Maintain the consistency of POs</li><li>Support spot buying activity to maintain responsiveness and reduce load on the purchasing team</li><li>Execute targeted data cleanup to improve data integrity within Esker and related purchasing records in Syteline</li><li>Exception messages and data cleanup</li></ul>Transaction Plan:<ul><li>As system corrections and reporting processes are implemented, the workload will be transitioned back to the core purchasing team</li><li>This role is intended strictly as interim support during stabilization</li></ul><br>Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:<ul><li>Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules, and priorities for multiple projects and assignments.</li><li>Operates in support of and in response to KPI driven decision making.</li><li>Strong desire to promote positive change.</li><li>Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in teams.</li><li>Solves a range of straightforward problems; analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.</li><li>Critical thinking skills – able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.</li><li>Strong communication skills; able to clearly and concisely express information (or data) to associates, peers, and management.</li><li>Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.</li></ul>Click the link here to apply: https://iwsllc.applytojob.com/apply/3EBoi1NE47/Contract-MRO-Buyer?source=OurCareerPage <br> <p><em>EOE </em></p>\n\n<p><em>Thank you for your interest in Impact Workforce Solutions, we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and participate in the E-Verify eligibility confirmation program. </em></p>",
