Contributes to ensuring data accuracy and efficient EDI feeds for IFCO NA customers.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Monitor and respond to EDI-related communications to ensure timely resolution of errors and maintain continuity of data flow.</li><li>Support the accurate and efficient implementation of new EDI feeds by assisting in onboarding activities and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with IFCO&rsquo;s EDI provider and internal stakeholders to support the maintenance and optimization of EDI processes.</li><li>Assist in validating and correcting customer data in MyIFCO to ensure data integrity and alignment with operational needs.</li><li>Analyze reports to identify action items related to EDI transmission quality and escalate findings as needed.</li><li>Partner with the Customer Data Solutions Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and program scalability.</li><li>Participate in reviewing existing EDI feeds to confirm the completeness and accuracy of RPC shipment data.</li><li>Contribute to the expansion of IFCO&rsquo;s EDI program by supporting efforts to onboard additional customers for automated RPC shipment reporting.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Experience working in a business, data or administrative support setting (school program, job, or volunteer role).</li><li>Demonstrated experience handling tasks independently or within collaborative teams.</li><li>Preferred (not required) someone enrolled in a Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related undergraduate program.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Planning and organizational skills</li><li>Computer literacy, including proficiency in standard business applications included in the Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul><p><strong>This is a hybrid role, and&nbsp;</strong><u><strong>candidates need to be located in the Tampa Bay area.&nbsp;</strong></u></p><p>&nbsp;At IFCO, we believe that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace makes us a more relevant, competitive, and resilient company.
