Using an electric pallet jack and wearable computers with ring scanners, you’ll accurately pick, label, and palletize products, building custom orders and staging them for outbound delivery. This role works across dry, refrigerated, and freezer warehouse environments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>NDCP is a $3 billion supply chain management company serving over 10,000 Dunkin’ locations across the U.S. We’re known for our reliability, performance, and strong team culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join NDCP?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive hourly pay: $27.48</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Paid time off, paid holidays, and employee discounts</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Room to grow—career advancement across departments</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits you can count on:</strong></p>\n<p>National DCP offers a robust benefits suite check out our career page for our full list of benefits </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental & vision insurance</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA)</li>\n <li>Company‑paid life, AD&D, short‑ and long‑term disability</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, discretionary) & paid holidays and more!</li>\n <li>Additional benefits: employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition discount program, and more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to accurately and safely hand select orders within various warehouse temperature environments.</li>\n<li>Stack product on pallets in accordance with proper operating procedures.</li>\n<li>Stage pallets for loading at an assigned outbound dock location.</li>\n<li>Maintain established selection rates per temperature zones.</li>\n<li>Shrink-wrap product to secure load for transit, manually or using shrink-wrap machine. </li>\n<li>Perform daily safety inspections on material handling equipment.</li>\n<li>Safely operate all equipment utilized to perform tasks associated with role. </li>\n<li>Maintain proper and safe lifting techniques. </li>\n<li>Maintain Company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.</li>\n<li>Immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions or accidents.</li>\n<li>Attend all required Company meetings.</li>\n<li>Follow NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices. </li>\n<li>Assist in the orderly maintenance & general housekeeping of the warehouse.</li>\n<li>Cross train in other functions and perform other warehouse duties as assigned</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<li>Ability to perform work within various warehouse temperature environments: Dry (ambient temps), Cooler (34 degrees), and Freezer (-10 degrees).</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 55 lbs</li>\n<li>Ability to operate shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-warp product</li>\n<li>Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (fork lift, pallet jack, high lift) </li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible days and hours. Schedule may include weekends and holidays</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience</li>\n<li>Desire and ability to work in a collaborative work environment</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures preferred</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of food handling regulations preferred</li>\n<li>Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred</li>\n<li>Proficient with Voice Picking and Vocollect experience preferred</li>\n<li>Forklift experience preferred </li>\n<li>RF Gun experience preferred</li>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong> NDCP is an equal opportunity employer.
