A strong safety mindset is essential, along with the ability to mentor and train apprentices while upholding quality and industry standards.</p><p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>On-site in a manufacturing environment with exposure to plant operations.</li><li>Exposure to external climate conditions.</li><li>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.</li><li>Lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods is required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Red Seal Industrial Electrician preferred and or Construction Electrician.</li><li>4<sup>th</sup> year apprentices&rsquo; applications will be considered.</li><li>Criminal Record Checks are required for successful applicants.</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License is required.</li><li>Previous experiences in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred.</li></ul><p>Oxford Frozen Foods Ltd. is searching for someone who demonstrates professionalism and integrity, and who is committed to following company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations.</p><p>The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of GMPs and food safety standards, along with experience in PLCs, instrumentation, and process control.
