This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience who is ready to step into a larger leadership role in a 24/7/365 transportation environment. You will be a key partner to the Station Leader, helping oversee daily operations, support drivers, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional service to our airline partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Support daily oversight of a 24/7 ground-transportation operation at NYC.</li><li>Assist in managing, coaching, and developing teams of drivers.</li><li>Help maintain schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to meet airline requirements.</li><li>Promote and enforce safety, DOT compliance, and company policies.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues proactively.</li><li>Help build strong relationships with airline partners and internal leadership.</li><li>Step in as acting leader when Station Leader is off-site.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, hospitality, or another high-volume service industry.</li><li>A hands-on operator who is comfortable being visible and active in the field.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a 24/7/365 environment with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety best practices is a plus (training provided).</li><li>Must live in the NYC area.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>$80,000–$85,000 base salary + up to 20% bonus</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, life insurance</li><li>PTO &amp; paid holidays</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Performance incentives &amp; referral bonuses</li><li>Career advancement pathways (Assistant Leader - Station Leader - Regional Manager)</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>This is an on-site role in Glendale, NY supporting NYC operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About SkyHop Global</strong></p><p>SkyHop Global is a premier ground-transportation provider trusted by airlines nationwide.
