Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner / HR Director, this role acts as a key point of contact between HR and business stakeholders, ensuring people processes are implemented consistently and effectively.</p>\n<p>This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hands-on HRBP role</span>, focused on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR support, while also contributing to broader people initiatives.
