Job Description
Since 2000, Crum & Forster’s Accident & Health division (A&H) has offered a diverse portfolio of specialty insurance and reinsurance products nationwide. We place a strong focus on product development and creative distribution methods, along with excellent client service and support.
In addition to our robust domestic portfolio, which spans both special risk and medical solutions, A&H works on an international basis through various partnerships. Our global capabilities provide our partners with even broader flexibility in underwriting solutions. Gross premium written in 2025 surpassed $2.4B.

The Reporting department of the Crum & Forster Accident & Health segment is looking for a multi-talented individual to join the Reporting team. This position will interact internally with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Compliance, IT, Regulatory, and externally with the divisions business partners. This position will be focused on supporting the Companies’ automation initiatives and processing information received from partners.
What you will do for C&F:
Analyze reconcile, and triage data received from select partners to permitted parameters to allow for effective robotic process automation daily
Compile data and analyze for submission to States to satisfy regulatory reporting requirements
Lead the annual MCAS (Market Conduct Annual Statement) process in compiling internal & external data for timely submission to the NAIC
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail and forms suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements
Perform requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards
Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly
Reduce or eliminate process redundancies and inefficiencies
Perform special projects and assignments under the direction of senior personnel
Other duties as assigned
What you will bring to C&F:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience required
2 or more years of working experience preferred
Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
Ability to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read and interpret complex information with moderate supervision
Ability to establish a good rapport with all customers and business partners
Demonstrated concern for a high-level of service delivery and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Capability to analyze relevant aspects of a situation before reaching a conclusion
Strong focus on accuracy when completing all projects
Provide a sustained effort and dedication to getting the job done well, while working continuously to produce superior work regardless of obstacles or setbacks
Displays personal concern, interest, pride and accountability in all areas of responsibility
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong organization and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

This position will be focused on supporting the Companies’ automation initiatives and processing information received from partners. \r\n \r\nWhat you will do for C&F:\r\n- Analyze reconcile, and triage data received from select partners to permitted parameters to allow for effective robotic process automation daily\r\n- Compile data and analyze for submission to States to satisfy regulatory reporting requirements\r\n- Lead the annual MCAS (Market Conduct Annual Statement) process in compiling internal & external data for timely submission to the NAIC\r\n- Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail and forms suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements\r\n- Perform requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards\r\n- Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly\r\n- Reduce or eliminate process redundancies and inefficiencies\r\n- Perform special projects and assignments under the direction of senior personnel\r\n- Other duties as assigned\r\n \r\nWhat you will bring to C&F:\r\n- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience required\r\n- 2 or more years of working experience preferred\r\n- Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.\r\n- Ability to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read and interpret complex information with moderate supervision\r\n- Ability to establish a good rapport with all customers and business partners\r\n- Demonstrated concern for a high-level of service delivery and a strong focus on customer satisfaction\r\n- Capability to analyze relevant aspects of a situation before reaching a conclusion\r\n- Strong focus on accuracy when completing all projects\r\n- Provide a sustained effort and dedication to getting the job done well, while working continuously to produce superior work regardless of obstacles or setbacks\r\n- Displays personal concern, interest, pride and accountability in all areas of responsibility\r\n- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\r\n- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment\r\n- Strong organization and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail",
