As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA</li>\n <li>Provide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settings</li>\n <li>Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors</li>\n <li>Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies</li>\n <li>Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members</li>\n <li>Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings</li>\n <li>Maintain current RBT certification and required documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active RBT certification <strong>or</strong> completion of the 40-hour RBT course\n  <ul>\n   <li><em>No certification yet?
