What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity) Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution in alignment with company goals Build and lead high-performing product management teams Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and executive teams to deliver aligned outcomes Deeply understand customer needs and translate insights into transformative products Foster cultures of psychological safety, creativity, and experimentation Integrate inner work values such as presence, awareness, and intentionality into team practices Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust Who You Are 6+ years in product leadership roles (e.g., Director of Product, VP Product, CPO) Experience leading product strategy and teams at high-growth startups or enterprises Skilled at navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex problems Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great products, but great teams Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development Bonus Points Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies Background in user research, design thinking, or product discovery practices that prioritize human-centered outcomes Why Apply?
