Join us as we change the future of addiction healthcare.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you believe in recovery, harm reduction, and member-centered care — this is your place.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $50,000 - $70,000</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>What You’ll Do</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.</li>\n <li>Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.</li>\n <li>Monitor member progress and document outcomes.</li>\n <li>Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.</li>\n <li>Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's level clinician</li>\n <li>Independely licensed preferred</li>\n <li>Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: LADACII, LPC-MHSP Temp, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW </li>\n <li> LSPE, Licensed Psychologist/Psy.D. RN & LPN also acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups & supporting documentation.</li>\n <li>Experience leading Group Therapy.</li>\n <li>High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.</li>\n <li>Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.</li>\n <li>Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.</li>\n <li>Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.</li>\n</ul>",
